ALONG WITH EXCEPTIONAL DEMAND, LIMITED SUPPLY, AND MINIMAL PUBLIC PRIVACY.
Creators deserve mental health support from someone who understands how their world works, personally, professionally, and from the get-go. Along with specializing in co-occurring disorders (meaning both mental health and substance use disorders), Dr. Courtney also holds a specialized understanding of a creator's:
- Constant demand to be "on" from a local and/or global audience
- Excessive daily public commentary and criticism about one's self, work, or life
- Lack of privacy and relationships intruded upon by others
- Poor self-care routines, inadequate boundaries and decreasing work/life balance
- Identity crises and loss of sense of self due to pressure from the media, self, and others
- Social, general, and obsessive anxiety around performance and engagement outcomes
- Increasing mental health concerns and confusion on how to have a public job and need private time and space to truly heal
It’s time to start accessing the right type of creator support.
